Once upon a time but not very long ago, in the far away land or very nearby destination known for global IT outsourcing, lived a young Software Engineer, Rahul. He was ambitious, talented and highly motivated and a true symbol of the entire younger generation. He was a trained Software Engineer working in the same field with a highly reputed Software Company. Being in this field for quite some time, Rahul was well-versed with his job and with time his assignments became a monotonous routine. He has collaborated on cross-cultural research with international psychologists at the University of Illinois as well as Ann Arbor, USA. He is trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Adlerian therapy from Malta, Europe. Divyanshu facilitates in various corporates and business schools in the areas of emotional intelligence, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management, couple enrichment, entrepreneurial motivation and, thinking-judgment and decision making. He also conducts psychometric assessments for recruitment, self development and competency mapping.
