The minimum recommended Hardware, Software, and Network requirements that will help the iMocha Assessment run smoothly on the platform are as follows.
Hardware (Machine) Specification
The minimum recommended hardware specification for the candidate’s machine for a smooth experience of the test is:
CPU: Intel Dual Core 2.0 GHz/ equivalent or above
RAM: Minimum 4 GB
Screen Resolution: Minimum 1024 x 768 (1366 x 768 Recommended)
Webcam Resolution: Minimum 1.0 MP (If the assessment has Image Proctoring enabled)
Software

Chrome 31 +
Firefox 31+
Safari 17.2
Mobile Browsers
Candidates can now take the test on mobile (Android and iPhone) devices with the following specifications:
Android (13+) - Google Chrome
Android (13+) - Firefox
iOS (version 16+) - Safari
Network
Internet Bandwidth:
Individual Candidate: Minimum 1 Mbps
Network Speed:
Check if there is a proper internet connection with decent speed. A proxy for this is if you can log in to your Gmail account easily.
Restart Test:
In case the test window closes in the middle of the test or at the time of submission for any reason whatsoever, the system waits for at least 4 hours before the test link expires. Candidates can re-login with the same Email/ Access key within 4 hours & start the test from exactly where it was interrupted.
